How to Donate to the ReStore:

We accept donations during our normal operating hours: Monday-Friday 9AM-4PM and Saturdays 10AM-3PM.

If you are wanting to bring items to the ReStore to donate, follow these steps:

1. ​Gather your gently used items and box up any loose items such as housewares, electronics, building supplies, etc. If you are donating clothes, bring them in bags without hangers. This helps speed up our sorting process so much! Any linens such as, bedding, towels, or pillows, should be bagged separately from the clothes. This also helps our wonderful volunteers!
2. Once you have your items gathered, load them in your vehicle and bring them to 490 N Highway 92 Jefferson City, TN 37760 during our business hours Monday-Friday 9AM-4PM and Saturday 10AM-3PM. Upon arriving, drive up the driveway to the garage door located on the side of the building. Ring the doorbell that is to the right of the garage door and one of our staff members or volunteers will happily assist you with unloading your car!
3. If you would like a donation receipt, ask one of the staff members or volunteers and they would be happy to provide you with one!

If you would like to schedule a donation pickup, follow these steps:

1. If you have donations that will not fit in your vehicle such as furniture or appliances, dial (865)471-0069 and choose the third option. If possible please call in plenty of time to allow for scheduling as we are very fortunate to have lots of donations to pickup!
2. Leave a message for our donation manager and we will do our very best to call you back in 2 business days.
3. Our staff and/or volunteers will arrive at the address provided on the scheduled day in our 16' box truck clearly labeled "Jefferson County Habitat for Humanity".
4. If you would like a donation receipt, ask one of the staff members/volunteers and they would be happy to provide you with one!
